What is your shipping policy? 

Please note that your custom jewelry pieces are meticulously made by hand in our all female studio. Your jewelry requires 5 business days to craft before it is sent to your home.  Upon completion, we will ship it to you via Express 2-3 day shipping.  You will receive a email letting you know that your order is on its way! Feel free to visit our TRACK YOUR ORDER page so that you can be up to date on exactly when your custom pieces will be in your hands!   

 

Please know that customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Bliss Kingdom. If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry we offer refunds within 21 days of purchase. Please refer to our return policy below for details and steps required for a smooth and easy return process.

What is your return policy?

You have 21 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.

All item(s) being returned must be accompanied by original packaging. We accept returns on item(s) in brand new condition, unworn, and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus return shipping costs). 

Once your return is processed and approved the full amount paid will be credited back to the original form of payment, minus the return shipping cost, which will vary slightly based on where you are located within the United States.   

Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds. 

 

What if I need to exchange for a different item or color?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different item or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired items.

 

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be fully processed and approved. Once your return has been processed and the funds have been released back to your original form of payment, please allow a few additional business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you a email so you know your refund is on its way. 

 

How do I return my order from within the U.S.?

Returns are easy! If you have checked the information above and your item(s) meet are return policy simply click the link below. You will be asked to provide the order number sent to you in your Order Confirmation email and the email address used when placing your order. After that, print out your shipping label and bring the package to your local USPS to ship back to Bliss Kingdom.
